Things to do in the CNMI
Our islands offer many activities for the prospective tourist or resident. Our white sandy beaches and warm beautiful ocean offer various water activities such as swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, canoeing, kayaking, jet skiing, parasailing, fishing, and so much more. Or if you prefer, you can lounge all day on our various beaches, soaking in the sun and breeze with BBQs, parties, sports, and various activities the day long. Away from the beaches, the islands offer excellent hiking trails, off-roading and ATV activities, skydiving, historical sites, and a beautiful ecosystem to explore. In addition, our nightlife, although smaller than other places, offers a unique and intimate experience. Take a stroll in the breezy afternoon and evening along our pathways and streets while taking in the sunset and browsing our various restaurants and eateries that cater to a multitude of palates from Local cuisine to Asian and Western cuisine. After dinner, care to stop by one of many local bars and clubs. Every Saturday, spend time at our local outdoor market and enjoy the various local cuisines and fresh produce. All year round, the CNMI hosts various public events, festivals, religious fiestas and holidays, and other annual events. The three most notable events are the Flame Tree Arts Festival and Tinian Pika (hot pepper) Festival in the spring and the Taste of The Marianas food festival in the summer. Fun and adventure await you in the tropics. See you soon!
